The Conference will be of particular interest to Congregational Board Members, Executive Directors and other Professional Staff, Clergy, and Congregational Educators; Social Action, Hesed, and Other Committee Chairs and Active Members; Youth Professionals, Day School Leaders, and Communal Professionals looking for new ways to work with Congregations.

The Centennial Gala
A festive celebration of turning 100, looking back, and looking ahead by
- Honoring our founding Kehillot (Congregations) & those that are 100+ years-old

- Presenting the Centennial Award to Rabbi Harold Kushner

Conversation Themes
The Conference includes four major Conversation Themes, each of which is structured into
- Conversation Starters, which will feature a provocative presentation by a significant thought leader
- Conversation Labs, which will showcase particular models for bringing these conversations home to our communities.
- Conversation Workshops, which will extend each conversation into specific areas
